• Hereafter, DJEP refers to DJ Event Planner the parent company of the websites mentioned above.
• This privacy policy covers how DJEP treats your personal information that you share with us.
• We reserve the right to contact you via email, regular mail, or telephone regarding site updates, service announcements, and promotional offers.

• Your account information is password protected.
• We collect contact information from including, but not limited to: company name, contact name, email address, website address, mailing address, and telephone number.
• You have the ability to edit your contact information at any time. Log on to the DJEP site and click on the Account link on the left navigation panel.

• Your logins are tracked by account username
• Your logins are tracked by IP address
• The server logs your visits to the site, including your IP address, browser information, cookie content, page requested, and form submissions.

• We will not give out your mailing address, email address, or telephone number to anyone.
• The search engine may share your website address with site visitors.
• The DJ search engine listing information will be available publicly to site visitors. This is designed so that no personal contact information is shared with site visitors (except as above). Putting contact information in the actual search engine profile is discouraged and you do so at your own peril.
• You can expose your contact information to your own clients by allowing them access to their event planner account. However, you must manually do this by supplying them with a username and password for the account.
• DJEP will respond to subpeonas, court orders, and will share information when we believe it is necessary in order to help investigate, prevent, or take action to prevent suspected illegal or unethical behavior.

• DJEP reserves the right to agregate data based on your account.
• No personally identifiable information will be assocaited with the data.
• Uses include, but are not limited to: Most Requested Songs, Availability Checks, and Date Popularity.

• Information you share on the DJEP forum is at your discretion.
• If you choose to complete the company profile for your forum account, that information may be visible to other forum visitors.
• The support forum is only available to those users who have logged on to the DJEP system. It is not available to the general public.

• DJEP uses cookies to track user logins. Cookies are small amounts of data, which include a unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a our web server and stored on your computer.
• The DJEP cookie can only be accessed by the DJEP server and not other servers.
• These cookies are used to maintain state across the web, which is a stateless technology.
• The cookie allows the DJEP software to verify that you have the proper credentials to view the associated company information.
• The cookies are destroyed when you manually log off of the site.
• A long term cookie will be set when the Remember Logon information option is chosen. This long term cookie can be deleted by clicking the Log Me Off and Delete the Cookie link.

• You have the right to be permanently removed from the DJEP system.

• Once your account is deleted you will receive no further emails that are generated by DJEP.
