The latest version of DJ Event Planner has just been released. Several major new features were introduced, including an all-new Equipment management and assignment system. You can now assign specific pieces of equipment to Systems or manage them as stand-alone items. This is especially useful for Multi-Ops, but can be helpful to Single-Ops when providing extra equipment for an event. You can now schedule appointment reminder emails to be sent out to clients, reminding them of upcoming meetings. There are also new daily administrative and employee notifications for appointments. 20 small features upgrades have also been introduced.
New Features
* Daily Administrator Appointment Summaries - on the day of any appointments for an account, a summary of all appointments is sent to the administrator. You can turn this off in the Settings section
* Daily Assigned Employee Appointment Summaries - on the day of any appointments for an account, a summary of all appointments is sent to the appropriate assigned employees. You can turn this off in the Settings section
* Daily Appointment Notification of All Employee Meetings
* Email Reminder System: send out up to two scheduled emails for appointments
* Complete equipment management system. Individual equipment can now be assigned to systems or as stand-alone equipment. You also check availability of the equipment for a particular date.
Upgrades
* Report Exporter: Employee Wage Total added to list of available fields for the Events table

* Support Forum Upgrade to Version 9.03
* Booking Helper Options: can now add up to 20 booking helper options (previously only 10 were available)
* Internal Web Links: the web links dropdown on the top navigation frame now supports internally targeted links

* Event field added: Custom Event ID - if you use your own method of tracking events
* Custom Payment Method Options: you can now edit the payment method options for client payments, this allows Check or Cheque spelling and the ability to use your own list options.
* Event Information Page: Add/Edit expenses is now in a popup window instead of in the same window
* On the dashboard, the organization is now listed in addition to the client name on the daily list of events.

* New permission setting for base level employees: ability to schedule appointments with clients

* Employee Display Order: you can now control the order in which employees appear on the event info and appointment drop down.
